2015 Beneteau Oceanis 45 with one owner from new and well cared for. Three double cabins and a convertible saloon provide accommodation for 8. Well equipped galley with gas oven and hob, microwave fridge, freezer. Comfortable dining area to starboard which converts to occasional double berth. Two heads compartments with electric flush toilets, showers and holding tanks. Pressurised hot and cold water throughout. Diesel cabin heating.
Mechanicals:
Yanmar 4JH5E 54hp with saildrive and 3 bladed folding propeller. 1107 hours run time, last serviced August 2024. Bank of 4 x 12V batteries provide engine start and domestic power. Battery charger and shore power fitted.
Rigging and Sails:
Bermuden Sloop with deck stepped alloy mast and spars. In-mast furling mainsail and furling Code Zero foresail. Both sails are by Nordstrom (2015) and are said to be in "good condition".
