Splendid Bavaria 46 Deep Blue in perfect condition and ready to sail. The boat is in excellent overall condition and ready for use. The engines are in excellent condition, and we have invoices for maintenance work done in recent years.

The deck is in impeccable condition, while the portholes need repainting to refresh their look. The boat has always been stored on land during the winter, and a new anti-fouling treatment is already planned for 2024. The batteries were recently replaced in 2024, with the corresponding invoice available.

The interiors are in excellent condition, and all electronic equipment works perfectly. Additionally, a tender purchased in 2021 with a Honda 6 hp engine is included.

The boat has never been chartered, has not suffered any accidents, and is equipped with valid safety equipment. The flag is Dutch, and the hull is in excellent condition. There are bow and stern thrusters, and an anchor in great condition.

On the deck, there is a bathing platform, ladder, outdoor shower, deck lights, table, cushions, and sunbathing areas at the bow and stern. Teak is present on both the side walkways and the main deck. The boat is equipped with a gangway, shore power outlets, and covers such as a bimini, sprayhood, and sunshade. There is no hardtop with bimini, but the canopy is retractable.

Regarding the reserves, the boat has:

• 150L of black water

Maintenance has always been carried out with care. The anti-fouling treatment is scheduled for 2024. In previous years (2022 and 2023), work was done in France, including the installation of new stern feet worth 22,000 euros, along with the replacement of mattresses and cushions.
