Cockpit

The cockpit is one of the stunning features of the Sealing S42. It offers two socialising areas, one raised area forward with a J shaped settee to port, central table a bench seat opposite and two seats at the helm station. Aft is another J shaped seating area which will convert to a day lounge pad. The access is via a swing door from the bathing platform.

• At the foot of the bed to port is the access door to the bathroom, vanity unit with mirror and shelf above with opening portlight and TV. There is also a large double hanging locker.
• En-suite bathroom with shower and quiet flush electric toilet. The shower sump box and pump were renewed 2023.

There is a large open foredeck with central lounge pad and forward anchor locker. The deck is secured with a tubular stainless rail with lower guard wire running aft down both side decks. There are also stainless steel deck mounted grab rails for extra security at sea. Aft is a large bathing platform with storage locker.

• Lewmar electric anchor windlass with up and down foot controls and chain counter. New 2021.
