GENERAL
Vendor may consider a part exchange
The vessel was brought by her owner as a “home finish” hull
Approximately 80% of the remaining work has been completed
Structural survey carried out July 24 also lists items onboard that are yet to be completed
Encapsulated iron shot & lead shot ballast fin keel
GRP skeg hung type rudder
Wheel steering, currently removed & with owner
Propeller currently removed & with owner
Surveyor found external Saildrive to be in like-new condition
Saildrive external rubber gator recommended replacement before launch
White superstructure with grey painted non-slip areas
6 Hatches onboard were all found to be in a good condition at time of survey
14 Fixed & 2 opening windows found to be in good condition at time of survey
Surveyor noted all seacocks onboard were found to be in a good condition
Two berth fore-cabin with heads compartment to port
Two aft cabins, a heads compartment to starboard aft
Saloon has a galley to port & a settee on the starboard side
Surveyor noted internal joinery to be in good order & floorboards in a like new condition
Upholstery is currently stored with the owner & is apparently unused
The headlining will need to be installed to the vessel
Surveyor noted side-lining was all found to be in a good condition
Engine wiring, lines & exhaust has not yet been installed
No fuel lines, filters, or valves have been installed to the vessel
No batteries, isolator switches, or a control panel have currently been fitted to the vessel
2 Plastic water tanks (750 litres total), 1 tank is located to starboard of the saloon & 1 is located to centre of the saloon
Both tanks are yet to be plumbed in
Calorifier has been fitted within the portside aft cabin but has not been installed
70% of the water piping as been installed to the vessel
2 Jabsco manual toilets fitted onboard
Toilets will require plumbing in
60-litre plastic holding tank has been fitted to the aft toilet
20kg CQR type anchor within the anchor locker

7 Winches (four in the cockpit - Lewmar 44 and 28, one on the mast - Lewmar 40, & two within the v-berth - Lewmar 40 not fitted)
Running rigging fitted was recommended as likely needing to be replaced
No halyards have been fitted to the mast
According to the current owner of the vessel, there are 3 like new sails stored at home
