The Catalina 36 that we offer you on behalf of the third private owner is well maintained and in ready-to-sail condition. In recent years, a few investments have been made, including a new roller system and forestay, as well as extensive engine maintenance. In the winter of 2024-2025, the boat underwent an osmosis treatment so that it can provide years of sailing pleasure to the next owner.

From the measurements, it is clear that the American standard has been applied and the boat is particularly solidly built. This Catalina 36 is equipped with a wing keel so that the draft is limited to just 1.35, making a large sailing area accessible. The deck and cockpit are very spacious and entirely made of plastic, making the boat very easy to maintain. All lines are led to the back so that the boat is easy to sail. There are skai cushions available for the cockpit, and one can enjoy pleasant moments at the beautiful cockpit table in the harbor.

The interior is remarkably spacious. Upon entering, the galley with all modern conveniences, including a microwave, is on the port side. On the starboard side is the navigation corner. Midships is a U-shaped sofa with two chairs opposite. Both tables can be lowered and converted into beds, allowing for a total of up to 7 sleeping places. In front of the mast is the wet cell with shower and toilet. At the bow is a cabin with a V-bed. In the aft section is a double cabin with a very spacious bed. This space can be closed off with a folding door. The engine has been recently extensively maintained and has new engine mounts and a propeller shaft with bearings.
