Award winning quality…
For over 20 years, Walker Bay has been designing and building the most innovative, versatile, enjoyable boats and watersports products on the market. With a wide range of product lines of inflatable boats, it is their mission to provide customers with smart, simple, user-friendly solutions so they can fully enjoy being out on the water. Walker Bay constantly strive to create products that offer better value with fresh thinking and take pride in the joy it brings to those who own them.
Since 1997, Walker Bay has won over a dozen awards for product innovation, design and outstanding business practices. The company was founded on the principles of dependability and customer satisfaction, so it is easy to see why there are more than 100,000 Walker Bay boats in use in over 50 countries around the world.
From their biggest luxury yacht tender, the Generation 525 with its innovative passenger leaning post that doubles as a boarding handle, to their smallest inflatable dinghies with trim tabs and lifting grips moulded into the transom, Walker Bay goes the extra mile.
All of their inflatable boats are designed to be more spacious with a wider bow generating less water spray so you and your passengers can enjoy a drier ride. Their unique curved modified V hull design provides a sharper entry point while cutting through waves and causes water to be directed back down for a smoother ride in rough conditions and less spray into the boat. In addition, most models are made to be easy to board and disembark from the bow.
Walker Bay exceeds all safety and construction standards of the European Conformity (CE), International Standards Organisation (ISO), United States Coast Guards (USCG), National Marine Manufacture Association (NMMA) and American Boat and Yacht Council (ABYC).
The Generation 525 luxury yacht tender is the result of countless hours of research, design and development, resulting in a superb console boat. Walker Bay have thought through every detail and then put this design through extensive testing to deliver a Deluxe RIB unlike any other.
The extra deep V-hull in all Walker Bay Generation luxury yacht tenders is ideal for cutting through water. In addition, the customised petrol tank fits in the bow section of the keel, moving weight forward in the boat to further reduce the impact of rough chop and contribute to early planing.
As the Generation 525 luxury yacht tender propels forward, the concave chines deflect the water down, reducing spray and increasing hull traction for purposeful manoeuvring. The stern of the hull, meanwhile, flattens out to facilitate planing at low speeds. Above the water, the sloping design of the bow step pushes the boat down at the front while the downward curve of the stern lifts the tail to increase stability and handling.
Walker Bay pays attention to every essential detail regarding quality control. For example, where typical RIBs may have an air cavity between the hull and deck, Walker Bay bonds the hull and deck together using a unidirectional glass and a polyurethane stringer grid bonding system. This absorbs the impact from wave chop, makes the hull stronger and lighter and provides permanent positive flotation for a better handling and longer lasting boat.
Walker Bay is proud to use Hypalon - Orca CSM as a premium tube material. Orca CSM is engineered to withstand high UV exposure in tropical climates. Walker Bay guarantee their Orca CSM tubes for 10 years, the longest warranty in the industry.
The Generation line of luxury yacht tenders are available in three colour accent options; Classic Gray, Ocean Blue and Carbon Black.
The model shown is the Carbon Black Edition which is available as an optional extra.
