Remarks :
"Julieanne" is a very good example of the ever popular Sadler 26. The 26 was a natural progression from the 25 that had launched Martin Sadler as a builder and the world renowned Sadler Yachts Ltd. Built using techniques that were so innovative for the time the hull was classed and proven unsinkable and allowed 6 people to travel in comfort in a 26 foot yacht.
This particular model is a bilge keeler which can show most boats in her class a clean pair of heels. The added bonus of the bilge keels is the ability to dry out in some of our more remote harbours of our beautiful coastline.
Well maintained throughout her life, she has undergone regular upgrades. These include a new Beta 14hp engine that at time of writing has completed only 130 hours. The standing rigging has been fully replaced between 2008 and 2012 and includes a new furling system for the genoa.
Navigation aids include a Standard Horizon 180I colour plotter and DSC VHF.
Below decks is in good order with New upholstery introduced in 2017.

Accommodation :
Many small boats are described as "Tardis" like, but this 26 footer really is.
She can sleep 6 persons  with a bit of jigging to the furniture.
Double berth in forepeak, single to starboard, large single/double to port and a quarter berth aft.
Below has good headroom and has a modern feel thanks to the recently renovated woodwork and new fabric coverings to the upholstery.
There is a decent galley with a gas fuelled Flavel Vanessa oven with 2-burner hob and grill. Stainless steel sink with hand pumped fresh water and a top loading icebox.
Seating area to port with Vis a Vis style table that doubles as a chart table and converts to a double berth. Large settee/berth to starboard and opposite galley a sizeable pilot/quarter berth.
Forward of saloon and between the saloon bulkhead and the forepeak is the heads compartment with sea toilet. Opposite is a hanging locker.
12V lighting throughout and opening deck hatch forward.
