This well-maintained bilge keel Hunter Channel 32 cruiser is easy to handle single handed yet has with more than ample comfortable living space for those longer trips with more crew. She is a good family yacht that has had one owner from new. Sporting the highly acclaimed David Thomas Twin Keels the Hunter Channel 32 has always been regarded as being one of the classic cruisers. Equally at home coastal cruising or crossing the Channel. June 2018, she has just been antifouled, andoes changed and re-launched ready for the season.

Up to 7 berths in 3 cabins. Hot and cold pressurised water to galley and heads, hot water from heat exchanger. Blue fabric upholstery. Curtains. Forecabin with vee berth, stowage under and on shelves, hanging locker. Saloon with settee berths to port and starboard making wide bunks, pilot berth above port settee; huge fixed table with bottle stowage with general stowage outboard. Navigation area to port with instruments, forward facing chart table, good stowage. Galley is to starboard with 2 stainless steel sinks, insulated coolbox, Plastimo Neptune cooker with 2 burners, grill and oven, stowage and some cutlery/crockery. The Heads is to port with marine toilet, moulded sink, teak grating to floor, shower sump pump, wet locker. Aft cabin with double berth, hanging locker, shelf stowage under; excellent access to engine.
Spars and Sails
Deck stepped fractional sloop rig. Silver anodised aluminium mast and boom by Z Spars, 1993. Stainless steel standing rigging with backstay tensioner. Slab reefing mainsail with lazy jacks. Rotostay head sail furling system. Self-tacking jib track and genoa sheet tracks Terylene running rigging, all led aft to the cockpit.
Winches: 1 x Lewmar Halyard winches.
Sails 1 x Mainsail, white (year unknown excellent condition) 1 x Genoa, white (year unknown excellent condition) 1 x Cruising chute (year unknown excellent condition) 1 x Storm Jib, Orange (year unknown excellent condition)

Sadly, the owner of this yacht has passed away. But he owned this yacht from new and was a very competent offshore Yachtmaster and RYA instructor. The yacht was only used locally on the East Coast.
