A well kept example of the Dehler 33 Classic, highly regarded for their fast and seakindly performance. Well suited to fast passage making, they have a light steady helm that is particularly easy to sail shorthanded. Sapphire is a great example of her class and has a good inventory including diesel heating, Gori 2-blade folding propeller and a large sail wardrobe. She has been cruised and successfully raced on the East Coast by her current owner, with a 2017 IRC endorsed handicap of 0.972.

Dehler 33 Classic built in November 1996 by Dehler Yachts to a design by Judel/Vrolijk and first launched in 1997. Dark blue moulded GRP hull (epoxied beneath the waterline in 2011) with off-white GRP superstructure and light grey non-slip decks. Cast iron fin keel with lead bulb (faired in to hull). Tiller steering with Spinlock tiller extension to semi-balanced spade rudder (new rudder bearings 2017). Aft self draining cockpit with optional removable transom stowage/dock box for cruising.
