The main saloon is entered via the companionway steps. To port is the L-shaped galley with Nelson, gas fuelled oven with 2-burner hob and separate grill. The gas hoses have all been replaced in 2019. Aft of the chart table is the spacious owners cabin with double berth, dressing seat, hanging wardrobe and hull mounted storage shelf. There are two opening ports in to the cockpit for ventilation. 12V lighting. Additional storage beneath berth.
Returning to the main saloon there is a settee/berth to starboard with cubby hole and locker storage built into the hull. Opposite is the larger saloon seating area with settee/berth and slightly offset saloon table. The leaves raise enabling 7-8 persons to dine in comfort. Central bottle storage.

Vessel is fitted with a Volvo 2002 inboard diesel engine. Although original the engine is in tip top condition and starts easily. She has been well maintained by her present owner and is serviced annually at the end of each season. Engine situated in a sound proofed box beneath the companionway and allows easy access for servicing.
Reduction gearbox driving a 2-bladed fixed propeller. The shaft seal and flexible coupling were replaced in 2017. A new rope cutter was fitted at the same time.
Bank of 2X12V batteries provide engine start and domestic power. The batteries are fitted with a rotary style isolator switch. Batteries are recharged via the engine alternator or by the onboard smart charger. Vessel benefits from shore power. Includes shore power cable.Sails & Rigging
Sloop rigged yacht with fractional rig and aluminium deck stepped spars. Stainless steel standing rigging replaced in 2014. Terylene running rigging in good condition.
