German Frers designed 82 ft ocean cruising yacht for sale.  'Almundarvi' was built in 1991 by Astilleros Viudes in Spain, this aluminium hull ketch is a strong, seaworthy and comfortable cruising yacht.  Accommodation includes berths for 6-8 persons in 3-4 cabins, with a separate crew cabin forward. She is powered by a single 210hp Caterpillar 3208 engine. The yacht has always been well maintained by a full time crew. Extensive refit carried out in 2007 in Sardinia at Astilleros SNO, with further upgrades since. She is available now - contact us for further details!

Accommodation :
General: Interior woodwork finished in wood. Cabin floors of teak and holly. Beige upholstery with white towelling covers, all new 2007. Saloon sofa areas with new leather trim to their front edges. New headlining to aft captain cabin, 2009. New veneer to the surface tops in the saloon. New companionway stairs made and fitted. New headlining to forward guest cabins, May 2010. White curtains to saloon windows.
New mattresses and bedding. Summary: One Owner Cabin with two berths, one double and one single, and ensuite toilet / shower. Two Guests Cabins, one with upper and lower berths (port) and one with side by side berth (stbd), each with ensuite toilets / showers, in front of the cabins. Captains cabin with two berths and adjoining toilet / shower area. Crew cabin in bow with two pipe berths and own toilet / wash area. Description from aft: From the aft deck there is a companionway to the aft area. To starboard is a door to the aft (captain) cabin with twin side by side berths, lockers, fan. Opposite to port is the aft washroom with marine toilet, washbasin and shower. Forward to port is the well laid out chart table with navigation instruments, radios and the electric control panel. On port side a doorway leads forward to the galley. The galley was completely stripped out and completely rebuilt with all new units (in red and silver) and new equipment. At the aft section is a breakfast bar which acts as a crew mess including a fold up seat. On the inboard side is a new unit that houses the top loading washing machine. Outboard are twin stainless steel sinks, the cooker, units and lockers. Forward are the fridge units and dishwasher. Corian work tops. LG Microwave. LG TV. Hotpoint Ariston clothes washer. Bosch Grand Prix dishwasher.

Frigoboat refrigerators – two front opening fridges (one with drawers) 220v /24v, and a big top opening 24v freezer unit, - both new in the refit.
Bottle cooler 24v unit in saloon. From the galley a door leads forward to the main saloon. The saloon is very spacious and particularly light and airy with windows each side and forward in the coaming. L sofa areas each side. Starboard side dining table is adjustable up and down and there are three removable chairs around the inboard side of the table. Aft of the settee is locker for glasses, china and table ware. Coffee table port side, with drinks fridge, bar unit and shelves aft of settee. Entertainment systems (TV, DVD, stereo) built in on port side over the settee. Aft from saloon on starboard side is the “owner cabin” with twin side by side beds. A new bookshelf has been added on the starboard side of the cabin. There are ample lockers and stowage. Aft of the cabin is its own ensuite washroom, including a newly fitted wash-basin, shower unit with new door, new mirror, new Tecma electric marine toilet (with fold up/down seat over it). Faucets & fittings are also new. From the saloon on centreline newly made companionway stairs lead aft up to the large cockpit area. Forward from the saloon doors lead into each of the two guest cabins. To port and starboard are mirror image cabins each with upper and lower bed, lockers and an ensuite head / shower area forward. From the portside cabin / head you have access forward to the crew cabin which is fitted with two beds and its own toilet / wash area. 

Inventory :
Aluminium hull, superstructure and deck. Hull, coamings and coachroof all painted with Awlgrip “Snow White”, 2007. Teak laid deck 15mm, new 2007. Fin keel. Skeg hung rudder. Anti collision bulkhead between forward bow locker and crew cabin.   Deck fittings: Hydraulic stern boarding gangway added new 2007, stows into stern (modifications to deck and lazarette were made to accommodate it) Foredeck hatch and the two hatches over forward cabins, new 2007 (replaced in flush fitting style). When old deck was removed, all aluminium decking under was checked, cleaned and overhauled. Large cockpit area, teak in cockpit (seats and backrest) renewed. Stainless framed deck prisms in deck. New instrument / control panel and wiring at helm pedestal (includes controls for sail trimming). New alternator for engine 2013.   Generator, Fischer Panda 14 KW new 2007, approx 2615 hours at May 2017 (installed in engine room with good access).
