The Elan E3 accommodation offers up to 6 berths in 3 cabins with max 6'3" headroom. FORECABIN - Fitted with a double V berth, two hanging lockers, shelf, further stowage and hatch to foredeck. SALOON - The light and modern saloon has two settee berths either side of a central table with folding leaves and useful storage in various lockers and cupboards. Two large fixed windows and two lower hull portlights provide excellent natural light and are fitted with blinds. GALLEY - The galley has been upgraded from standard specification for comfort whilst cruising and so is equipped with a gimbaled Electrolux 2-burner gas cooker with oven, top loading fridge, stainless steel sink and storage areas. Manually pumped saltwater supply. CHART TABLE - Fitted with navigation instrumentation, electrical distribution panel, chart and further stowage. AFT CABIN - Located to port and offering a double berth, hanging locker, portlight and further access to the engine via a removable panel. HEADS - Heads aft to starboard with Jabsco marine toilet (holding tank fitted), shower, wash basin, wet hanging area and access to the large aft locker. GENERAL EQUIPMENT - Webasto diesel fired warm air heating system with two outlets. Hot and cold pressurised water system throughout via a calorifier with immersion coil. The interior is finished in upgraded Oak cabinetry with grey Maple effect laminated soleboards and light beige upholstery, all creating a very modern, light yet welcoming and comfortable interior. Additional reading lights are fitted in all cabins.
Mechanical Systems
Located beneath companionway, Volvo Penta D1-30 29hp 3-cylinder marine diesel engine. Freshwater cooled via heat exchanger. Single lever controls with electric start. Rev counter. Saildrive to Flexofold 2-bladed folding propeller. The engine appears in excellent cosmetic condition and has been regularly serviced. The engine hour gauge is currently showing 307 hours but this may increase slightly.
Electrical Systems
2 x 12v batteries (90ah domestic new 2018 and 65ah engine new 2017), charged via engine alternator. Shorepower system with ring mains, immersion coil for water heating and 40 amp battery charger. Full LED cabin lighting. Electrical distribution panel and battery switch.
