Access to Grumpy is gained from either side of the stern into the spacious aft cockpit which benefits
from a bench seat running the width of the boat.
There is a very large lazarette below.
You access the saloon via the sliding patio doors.
The saloon is very light and airy thanks to the large windows and windscreen making it a nice sociable
place to be.
The helm is centre port side and is well spec'ed with navigator’s seat opposite.
There is seating which runs fore and aft which pulls out into a double berth. There is also a cocktail
cabinet, storage drawers and cupboards opposite.
You then move forward and down a couple of shallow steps into the galley which is Stb side.
Opposite is the port side dinette which converts to a double berth with storage drawers under the seats
and side deck.
The Galley is fitted with a Flavel Vanessa 2 ring hob, grill, and oven, 12v/24v fridge, stainless steel sink
with drainer, plate and cup storage under the side deck, cutlery drawer and cupboard below.
Moving fwd. The wardrobe is on the port side with room for TV on top.
Opposite on the Stb side is the toilet/shower compartment. It is fitted with a manual sea toilet, shower
tray, GRP wash hand basin. The shower is from the mixer taps.
You then move forward to the private FWD cabin. This is achieved with a sold-away door. The cabin has
a V berths with shelves under the side deck and storage under the berths.

Grumpy is probably one of the nicest Freeman 33 Sedans on the market. She is in good, unspoilt
condition and benefits from sympathetic upgrades. Being:
Oct 2019 new NASA log and depth, helm and navigator’s seats, new heating system, replacement
wheelhouse top hatch (Freeman), new corner fenders.
Dec 2019, new carpets throughout, new engine insulation, new solar vents Dec 19.
Feb 2020, new wiper motor.
Engines serviced July 2019, Anti-fouled below waterline June 2018, above waterline Oct 2019.
Resprayed dark chocolate stripe on hull Oct 2019. All upholstery and curtains in good condition.
Grumpy would also make a lovely live aboard too.
