This is a well presented Spirit 3000 and for a 31ft boat she offers lots of accommodation with a spacious saloon and galley and 4 double berths, two of which are cleverly positioned under the helm.  Her cockpit is comfortable with lots of seating and benefits from an all over enclosure for those days when weather is not so kind.  She has been maintained annually, including anti fouling. Her engines are in need of some work. If you do not want to do the work she is a great boat for enjoying marina life, weekending and entertaining.
