The Rodman 800 is a great little pocket flybridge cruiser with the legendary Rodman build quality and seakeeping. This one is powered by one of the best engines in the business, the Volvo Penta KAMD300 on a shaft drive, and also includes a bow thruster and a high equipment level overall. The presentation is well above average for the age, and she has obviously been maintained to a high standard judging by the spotless engineroom.

Volvo Penta KAMD 300 EDC (Keyless Control) Shaft Driven Engine. Hydraulic Steering. Propeller replaced November 2015. LCD Engine Hour Display (Replaced May 2017). Engine Full Service carried out Sept 2018. Cruising Speed: 16 knots Maximum Speed: 24 knots Engine Hours - 60 hours (Replacement Hour Counter / Rev Counter 2017). Engine checked by Volvo Engineer May 2017 revealed previous running hours approximately 525) Twin Parker Racor Fuel Filters Engine Bay Automatic Fire Extinguisher. 2 Aluminium Fuel Tanks. Total Capacity: 455 Ltrs / 101 Gallons.
There is a walk through transom door from the stern platform leading into a good sized aft cockpit which provides easy access to both sides of the wheelhouse. Two aft cockpit access hatches give access to the engine and the steering gear, also providing additional storage. There is also a stainless steel ladder leading to the flybridge which has a helm and co-pilot seat. The wheelhouse has a three quarter glass patio style door opening on the port side. As you enter the wheelhouse the helm position is located on the port side and opposite is a fixed table with seats on either side. There is a step down to a galley located on the starboard side equipped with corian style counter top, a single stainless steel sink, mixer tap, Wallas twin diesel hob burner, 12v fridge, drawer and storage locker. Opposite the galley is a separate heads equipped with a marine toilet, storage cupboard, moulded sink & taps. The forward cabin has a raised off set berth on the port side, mirror, deck ventilation opening hatch, 2 overhead lights and a storage locker.(The owner currently has the berth cushions stored elsewhere during the winter period). Upholstery finished in blue fabric and joinery in light cherry veneer.
