A revolutionary motorsailer, Alberto Mercati's Altura 42 has helped redefine the very concept of a "motorsailer" until then considered an ugly hybrid between sail and engine, which in this boat find the perfect balance.
The exterior : The hull is fiberglass and has long keel and classic lines, similar to those of boats in Northern Europe. The tuga is more modern, with a square cockpit and large sunbathing spaces. The arm is ketch and the sail floor reaches 88 square meters.
The interiors: The spaces under deck are very comfortable and well lit, especially they offer extreme livability as they allow you to comfortably accommodate many friends thanks to the large sofas and a table in the dinette. The kitchen is separate and in the bow there is a large owner's cabin with lots of lockers and stipi. Also at the bow there is a bathroom plus another cabin, in the central area the paperwork and the inner wheelhouse, and at the stern the square.
