Afloat Hythe Marina. 1 x Yanmar 4LH 140hp four cylinder inboard turbo diesel. Gives around a maximum of 21 knots when clean (3300rpm) or cruises nicely at 12 to 15 knots (2800rpm). Four berths in two cabins – forward cabin with twin berths with infill to double and double aft cabin. Built by Scand Boats of Norway to a design by Alf Jensen and is of super quality. Bow prop to make life easy, recent electronics, all Teak timber work cleaned down and revarnished recently. All new upholstery, mattresses, carpets and curtains (2013). Smart recent canvas work. Easy economical family boating. Well worth a look. VERY well maintained. Full Shore power with recent 20 amp charger (2013), NEW DSC/VHF (2017), new fire extinguisher, Garmin GPS, etc. Last survey 2010, last antifoul, anodes, etc. June 2017, last full engine service 2016. Very little used in 2017, hence sale! Great electronics including 2 x 100 amp batteries full 240 ring with breakers, 2 x 240 sockets, recent Sterling power 20 amp pro charge Ultra (2013), Suunto magnetic steering compass with night light, VDO Sumlog with various spares, recent Garmin 5" Colour GPS plotter with depth sensor, Nasa Stingray 5600 VHF (spare second VHF) and extras including Plough anchor in bow locker with 20m Chain/Rope tail, Nav lights, Anchor light, Full cockpit canopy, Swing davits frame, for inflatable dinghy (dinghy MAY be available separately), bathing platform with swim ladder, electric auto bilge pump, as well as manual pump with two positions, Transom pad for auxiliary outboard motor, etc. There is no outstanding finance on the boat and good evidence of VAT payment. We have a paperwork trail showing details of all four owners also. The owner has spent a good amount of time, effort and money refurbishing this super little boat to a very high standard, and she looks in super order.
