Picchiotti Shipyards, La Spezia, Italy - One-off

Constructed in Italy in 1963 this distinct mahogany 15 metre motorsailer has recently undergone extensive restoration and is awaiting a new loving owner. Built at the famous Picchioti shipyard, it is a one-off design created by F.A. Boretti who loved classical and interesting proportions. A new 320 HP heavy duty Daewoo engine is the powerhouse behind this traditional boat, with a cruising speed of 12 Knots. Many extras include separate service batteries, dynamo, beautiful canopies, rear platform with shower, completely kitted out cockpit, fly bridge, solar panels, a long teak deck, davits, as well as all the usual mod-cons.

Mowgli is a fascinating traditional boat with a vintage spirit. The modern additions during refurbishment, have been sympathetic to the feel of the boat and have enhanced its comfort and unique style. It has a fly bridge and an ample lounging area at the top, enabling brilliant 360 degree views and making cruising around the Mediterranean a sheer pleasure.
There is 24V electricity on the boat and provision for 220V supply when moored in a marina.
