46ft Narrow boat, traditional stern built by Liverpool boats in 1991, The vessel is fitted with a Lister 3 engine which currently is being sold as not running. The layout out of the vessel is double berth aft with side shower room and galley mid which then flows into an open lounge area with a log burning stove. The vessel is being sold as unfurnished with good quality fit out of its time. The vessel also benefits with option of a berth at Burton Waters Marina by separate negotiation. The vessel currently has a valid BSS certificate to September 2022. PLEASE NOTE THE ENGINE DOES NOT RUN.
