This engine system is completely separated from the rest of the boat's technology. This safety engine is specially designed by Volvo to power large and heavy yachts.

After the technical aspects, we now turn to the combination of design and safety. The deck of every yacht should be easy to maintain and non-slip so that the crew always has a secure footing.

The Elling deck can be delivered either with teak wood or as a Flexideck. Both materials are non-slip and visually appealing. The surrounding railing, with a height of 80 cm, provides additional safety when boarding and disembarking as well as when locking through. The railing can be opened on the port side, starboard side, and at the stern. You can reach the bathing platform via two comfortable stairs with wide steps. The yachts feature a comfortable enclosed deckhouse that the owner can transform with the push of a button into an open, wind-protected, air-conditioned cockpit. Whether sunny or rainy weather, the whole family can enjoy the fun of sailing together.

The double-seated helm and the 3-seater seating group opposite allow 5 people to participate in the driving experience. Adjacent to the helm is a comfortable lounge where 8 people can comfortably relax. The entertainment center and wine cooler create a relaxed atmosphere. Upon request, an additional pantry with a Bora extraction system can be installed in the deckhouse in connection with the aft deck. Due to its dimensions and its variation options, it conveys the feeling of open sailing. This feeling is supported by the large door and window elements that can be opened electrically.

In the salon, up to 10 people can find sufficient space at the dining table. The bar and entertainment center are located opposite. Adjacent to the salon is the pantry. This includes a 120-liter refrigerator, freezer, 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave combination, extractor hood, dishwasher, double sink, washing machine, dryer, and a wine and storage cellar. On the 3-meter-long work surface, you can create wonderful dishes.

The VIP cabin in the bow is luxuriously equipped with a double bed accessible from three sides, a vanity table, wardrobes, drawers, and direct access to the toilet room with a separate shower, rounding off the overall impression.

The side cabin on the starboard side is also equipped with a separate toilet room. This cabin can be configured upon request as a walk-in wardrobe, a twin cabin, or an office with a sleeping space.

The large elegant aft cabin can be designed according to the owner's wishes. Whether double bed or single beds, the lying area can be arranged crosswise or lengthwise to the direction of travel; many furnishing variants are possible. The attached toilet room has a sink, separate shower cubicle, and towel dryer.

The interior can be executed in American cherry, mahogany, or oak. All upholstery can be chosen in fabric or leather.

In the bow area, the E6 has two safety bulkheads. The resulting storage space is accessible from the deck and can be used for bicycles or similar items.

At the stern, there is a tender garage that can accommodate, for example, a Williams jet inflatable boat. On the port side, accessible from the bathing platform, there is a crew cabin with a toilet and washing facility. On the starboard side, you have access to the technical room. There, the safety engine, generator, and pressurized water system are installed. Optionally, heating, air conditioning, Seakeeper, watermaker, and so on can also be accommodated here.

The 9-fold insulated engine room, in conjunction with a pressure bearing and a homogeneous drive joint, makes it possible to reduce engine noise to about 70 dBA.

The very good course stability is achieved by the keel, which starts at the bow and goes deeper towards the stern. At the same time, this provides optimal protection for the propeller and rudder blade.

The ELLING E6 can additionally be equipped with a Seakeeper stabilization system upon request. The rolling movements are reduced by up to 80%, even when the yacht is at anchor. The Seakeeper stabilization system works without disturbing fins on the hull.
