The vessel has, since 2018, been used commercially to deliver RYA courses and skippered charter on the West Coast of Scotland. She has never been bareboat chartered nor has she had any groundings or other major incidents. As a commercial vessel she has been subject to the usual MCA Coding 5 year commercial safety and condition survey schedule. She has been maintained over that period to a high standard by the owner and is in good condition. Since her purchase in late 2017 she has been operated between the months of April and September and has been wintered ashore in Clyde Marina. She has been polished and underwater sections sanded and a single coat of Cruiser Uno antifouling applied annually Prior to her purchase by the owner in 2017 she had been very lightly used, the engine had been run for 109 hours and the sails were unused.
Since her purchase in 2017 she has had considerable expenses made on her.
