After acquiring Oliver Boats in New Zealand, Mustang Marine started using Oliver hulls as the base for their flybridge range. The M37 Sports Flybridge was the first in their Sports Flybridge range and represents a new generation of Mustang Sports Flybridge.
Using the proven sea-going hull design of the Oliver 390, Mustang redesigned the interior and flybridge to give the M37 Sports Flybridge a modern, sleek look.
The M37 is the perfect boat for fishing or a weekend cruise with a couple of kids or friends. The forward master cabin and guest cabin with adult-sized bunks share a big bathroom with a separate shower stall.
The saloon features a dinette to port and a bench seat that converts to an extra berth to starboard. The dining table seats 4 to 6 guests comfortably and can be removed or lowered to form a small double berth. The entertainment set-up in the saloon includes a flatscreen TV, Bluetooth sound system and Karaoke system.
The aft galley is equipped with a full-size fridge, microwave oven, cooker hob, sink and plenty of storage cabinets. The galley floor is a synthetic timber-look vinyl. It looks good, is hard-wearing and easier to look after than traditional teak.
The cockpit of the M37 is bigger than most boats the same size. The spacious area can be used as a workable fishing platform or a social area under the extended awning.
The ladder up to the flybridge is curved with teak steps and is easy to climb. The helm station is set aft with one driver’s seat. There is a lounge in front of the helm and another on the side.
This 2009 Mustang M37 Sports Flybridge is fitted with the standard twin Cummins QSB330 diesel engines (2 x 330HP), generator, air conditioning, hydraulic trim tabs and bow thruster. She has undergone a few recent upgrades and servicing and underwater maintenance are up-to-date.
