Built in 2007. Steel widebeam construction with a displacement of 23 tons, steel being 10mm, 6mm, 5mm and 4mm respectively. Aft deck and fore deck.

Isuzu 55hp BB-4LE2 Keel cooled diesel with 350 hours (may increase - engine service / fuel filters in July '23) and PRM 150 gearbox with a Isuzu control panel and Vetus controls and an 80 gall fuel tank.  Engine No 215011.

Electrical system is a standard 240v AC shore power and 12v DC systems comprising; 4 x 125 ah leisure batteries (replaced ~2020 all showing "green") and a starter battery; both being charged via either a 50A Sterling digital battery charger or via twin 80 / 110Amp alternators, whilst on the move; all protected by a Galvanic isolator. Lighting is 12v (majority of bulbs now LED).

Rear canopy, bow scratch cover, gas locker on fore deck, forward seating area, tiller, aft cockpit with engine controls and access hatches to engine room and batteries. 5 mushroom air vents, 4 double glazed windows each wide, swan hatch, mooring warps and fenders.

2 ring lifebuoys, electric bilge pump.

Hot water is supplied by an immersion tank / calorifier / 5.2kw Webasto - which also provides heating via 3 radiators and a towel rail (Requiring a service) - she is fitted with a Chelsea Duo Multi fuel stove - Jabsco freshwater pump replaced in July '23.

Wonderfully laid out accommodation, entry via the stern deck to stairs (with storage under) leading to a starboard side corridor with shoe storage, two radiators and coat cubbyhole. Single cabin with single raised bed, storage underneath, inverter and control panel for Webasto and immersion. Plumbed in is a Miele washing machine and further storage. Master cabin, comprising a fitted double raised bed, with storage underneath and large polythene holding tank. There are three fitted wardrobes with sliding doors / drawers, fitted overhead storage, two bedside-tables and a 22" TV.

Heads/bathroom, with a "hip-bath" and shower - gulper pump and Vetus toilet with Saniflo electric flush. Single sink unit within a double sided vanity unit / storage and a towel rail. "U" shaped galley comprising of low / high - level cupboards (one full height one), 240v fridge, microwave and free standing standard size 4 hob cooker / separate grill / gas oven. There is a 1 1/2 bowl sink drainer and the kickboards form individual storage drawers.

The corridor then opens out into a full width, cozy, Saloon with Multi-fuel stove, corner unit with waterpump underneath. TV point, 240v and 12v sockets and radiator. Leading off the Saloon are removable steps (storage space inside) and access to the 240 gall freshwater tank which has a rubber liner to help with freshness.

Her current BSS expires 29/07/2024 and was two-pack blacked in 2016 (good for at least 10 years). Currently Graceful King is situated on the Chelmer and Blackwater Navigation, Heybridge Basin, Essex (managed by Essex Waterways Ltd) where the current owner occupies a "caretaker" mooring which comprises of shore power / water standpipe, very large shed with rear area / decking. This mooring is potentially transferable upon application to carry out caretaker duties (currently 1hour per week) and sucessfull interview / vetting with Essex Waterways or she can taken away from the navigation.
