Standard

Nimbus Nova 35 HT is a robust motorboat with high safety, ease of use and very good sea characteristics.

Nimbus is a Swedish-built quality boat with functions and design that also resonates with the international boating community. Nimbus Nova 35 HT is an exciting middle ground between a playful walkaround and an overnight boat for long trips that can be completely closed against the weather. The boat shows an uncompromising build quality with beautiful, polished surfaces, innovative layout, good use of natural light and exceptional soundproofing of the engine room.

 

Floor plan

There is good mobility throughout the boat. Easy access aft. The large bathing platform has a shower with hot and cold water and has good storage options.

Wide and good doll tables (walkaround) that are coated with teak.

Spacious cockpit with fixed benches with cushions and cockpit table.

In the wheelhouse you will find a nice and bright salon with a corner sofa, a fold-out table in lacquered teak, a kitchenette and a clear steering position. The kitchenette consists of a kitchen bench with gas burner, sink, bar cabinet and drawers. Refrigerator.

The wheelhouse has a hardtop with a large sunroof. Downlights in the hard top.

From the wheelhouse there is access to the cabins and bathroom.

The salon down in the cabin has two good cupboards, one of which has the possibility of hanging. There is plenty of storage space under the bed and behind the backrests. It is also good to have storage space under the table, mattress and in the door.

The boat is equipped with a diesel heater with heat outlets in all rooms.

In the bow you will find a double bed.

Amidships there is a hatch with a wide double berth (160 x 200 cm). The hatch cabin has storage under the bench and a cupboard with hangers.

The bathroom has a tap and shower with hot and cold water, electric toilet.

 

Sea characteristics

The Nimbus 35 Nova is a joy to drive and its quick response provides excellent performance. With its stable 3-part hull, it lies very well in the sea and is easy to handle, even in rough weather. 

Bow thruster is fitted for easy maneuvering in and out of berths and in narrow harbours.

The boat is a CE-marked category B motorboat ("offshore").

 

Motor and mechanical

Equipped with 2 Volvo Penta D4 with 260 hp diesel on each engine, a total of 520 hp. Running hours 1,723 ot 1,778 hours.

VP Duoprop operated. Maximum speed of approx. 35 knots. Bow thruster for good maneuvering in narrow waters.

New diesel pre-filter/water separators with a larger capacity than original.

The boat will be available in Oslo-area, Norway from end of May / start of June 2025.
