A BEAUTIFULLY PRESENTED, LUXARY FLYBRIDGE CRUISER AND TENDER
Access to the spacious Aft deck is via the port side transom door where there is ample seating for entertaining. (Lazarette below). The deck is fitted with genuine teak and in very good condition. The Aft deck provides easy access to the large Flybridge via moulded stairs.
The Flybridge also offers plenty of seating and repeated navigation equipment.
From the Aft deck, access is gained into the main saloon via the beautifully curved, tined sliding doors. Once inside you will appreciate how light and airy this boat is. The upholstery and carpets have all recently been renewed. On the Aft star board side is a large dinette which converts to a double berth. Aft Port side is a sofa with storage beneath and TV cabinet, drinks fridge and drinks cabinet.
Moving forward to the Galley. It is fitted with a microwave, 2 ring alcohol hob, fridge, Hot and Cold water via a Calorifier/Immersion. Ample work surface space and storage.
Opposite is the Star board side Mid helm and navigators seating. The helm is clear and un-cluttered. Mijo benefits from having a recent navigation equipment upgrade recently with new Simrad plotter, repeater, and radar.
Moving forward is the Stb side guest cabin. It has two large single beds which convert to a huge double berth. There is an adjoining door into the shower room.
The shower room is also adjoining to the Statesman’s cabin. The Statesman cabin is large with a well sized island bed. It benefits from both eye level lockers and under bed storage too, plus a good size wardrobe and two dressing/vanity cabinets. It has a Jack and Jill door to both the Shower room (Stb side) and the Toilet compartment (Port side). The toilet compartment comprises of a manual flush loo to holding tank, hand basin with hot and cold water and storage. Both compartments are bright and airy.
This vessel has also been certified by the MCA as a ‘Small Commercial Vessel’. Permitted to operate as Cat 2 /60 miles from safe haven. This expires 30/11/2027. The vessel was planned to be used for RYA navigation teaching, hence the navigation equipment upgrade.
