Here we have a unique historic wide beam riveted steel boat that has had some major hull works completed to a high standard, but following a recent survey there has been further works highlighted that require attention before it goes back on the market, this is the original prototype boat built in 1932 a Yarwoods short boat fitted with a modern M1 30C Perkins diesel engine, The cabin was fitted out to a reasonable cosy standard but would benefit from a good clean and some re fitting and  modernization, the layout is based on 3 separate double cabins, bathroom glass shower cubicle with thermostatic shower, wash basin, Leesan electric flush mascerator, Saloon with 2 3 seat leather sofa`s with 1 convertible to sofa bed, TV DVD player, JVC audio system with Hi Fi speakers, Hunter wood burning stove, Galley, traditional pine units with oak worktops, Smeg 4 burner gas on glass hob, full size belling oven and grill, Lec fridge freezer, Hoover washing machine, Beco dishwasher and microwave, Rayburn solid fuel range cooker, hot water by Morco combie boiler to 6 radiators, all appliances powered by 3 KW inverter charger, 6 domestic batteries. it would make a super boat for the right person.
