CONSTRUCTION:
1921. Steel hull, deck, coachroof and extended wheelhouse. Black painted hull. Aft cockpit. Wheelhouse with wheel chain link steering to steel rudder. Fully fitted modern interior with some original features, 5 berths in 2 double cabins plus further box cabin forward. Saloon, wheelhouse and aft dining area/deck saloon.
Note - last surveyed in 2016/7, dry docked in 2016 and hull epoxy coated. Decks & superstructure have recently been repainted.

ENGINE:
Lister 3 cylinder diesel engine installed in 1929. Present owners have not run the engine (engine has not functioned since 2002) and would advise full check and overhaul before running.
ELECTRICS:
240v shore power with 13Amp sockets throughout. Backup 12v battery with charger. 240v and 12v lighting.
DECK GEAR:
Foredeck, side decks and aft deck with rails. Mooring to jetty via mooring lines with boarding ramp & gate. 9m Tender and GP14 dinghy also included.
SAFETY GEAR:
Fire extinguishers, carbon monoxide / smoke detectors.
ACCOMMODATION:
2 cabins / bedrooms with 4 berths or more to suit.
Heating - Recently fitted Grant Vortex condensing boiler which has both stored and on-demand hot water. Regularly serviced. Run on the ‘Hive’ control system. All radiators recently installed.

"Emilia" is a classic Dutch Barge, built in 1921 in Veendam, Holland. Her present owners have carried out extensive works to her interior including repainting, having the kitchen/galley replaced with all new units, worktops and appliances of which will be staying.
She is situated on a delightful panoramic mooring at Tollesbury Saltings Ltd with access walkway and ramp, electricity, water, sewage and telephone connections. The residential mooring may be available by prior interview with Tollesbury Saltings Ltd.
