Presented in nice condition with engine, rigging, sails etc. all checked and serviced in spring 2017. The companionway threshold has been minimised and the step unit designed to provide relatively easy access down to the accommodation spaces, where a very welcoming large main saloon is finished in teak with teak and holly-style laminate flooring and blinds to all windows, supplemented by binds to the overhead skylights, provide a diffused light and privacy.
Webasto Air Top 3900 warm air heating system to all areas including heads

6 to 7 berths in 2 cabins plus saloon. Forecabin: Double berth, locker to starboard and seat to port, additional storage lockers above berth.
Saloon: Dinette seating area to port which converts to double berth, settee berth to starboard with chart table at aft end. A flat-screen TV is fitted at starboard end of the saloon and will remain with the vessel. Ample storage bins outboard of both berths, with a bottle storage rack provided on port side. Fixed and opening roof hatches giving good levels of natural light and ventilation.
Galley: U Shaped galley with Corian type worktop surface, stainless steel sink with H&C Pressurised water supply. Upgraded 2 burner gimballed gas cooker with oven and grill. Front opening refrigerator. Voluminous storage locker that genuinely accommodates a generous amount of staples and an inset deep gash bin provision in the counter top with sensible provision for domestic cleaning materials provided; ample storage lockers over (including a very neat self-contained drainer) within under side-deck, closed lockers.
Heads: Midships heads compartment to starboard side, Sea toilet, basin with H&C pressurised water supply and shower fitting.
Aft Cabin: Large, transverse double berth with good quality 'domestic' style mattress with laminated sprung support system; hanging locker with adjacent shelved locker. Good light values with fixed hull port, opening portlight to coach roof side and screened escape hatch to cockpit over the head of the berth.
Mechanical and electrical systems
Yanmar 3YM30 with max rating of 22.1kW (approx. 30hp), 3 cylinder naturally aspirated diesel fitted to a Yanmar SD20 sail drive unit, driving a three-bladed fixed propeller. Last serviced March 2017. Current engine hours: a maximum of approx 330 (this figure based upon the owner's very detailed engine log, maintained since the demise of the LCD digital engine hour meter).

Saildrive gasket was replaced in 2015. 3 x 110 A/hr, 12v domestic batteries (new in 2015), with additional dedicated AGM 65A/hr engine cranking battery (new in August 2017) ; all charged by engine driven alternator & <span class="contact-replace-phone removed" data-number="IDIyMC0yNDBW">- Phone number removed -</span> AC battery charger.

GRP hull & deck to American designs but built and fitted out by Luhrs Marine Ltd, in Portland, UK to meet the European market's requirements and delivered in February 2005 with a 2005 HIN number. Twin iron keels (1.37m draft) with balanced spade rudder.
A moulded rub rail with stainless steel insert is fitted externally, over the hull to deck joint.
