The Luis Vuitton America's Cup World Series is coming to Portsmouth from July 23rd to the 26th. With 500,000 expected visitors, the event is predicted to reignite the UK’s passion for world class sailing.
The competition has evolved substantially since its beginning in 1851. The America’s Cup is now known to be described as Formula One on the water with teams now competing in AC45s (45 foot flying catamarans).
