The Rival 32 was a longer counter stern model of the Rival 31, which evolved into the Rival 34, although a little known fact that more 32's were made than 34's !
200 Rival 32's were made by Marine construction in Southampton although many were finished by Southern Boatbuilding.
The classic lines and great sea keeping attributes still make this a sought after boat today.

I love these Rivals they never fail to surprise me on the room they have inside and the lovely wide uncluttered side decks.
The current owner has had this boat for the past 15 years, and you can tell it has been well looked after, the varnish work is in good order both inside and out, the layout is as you would expect and if I am being critical she could only really benefit from a cut and polish.
An Aries self steer system is also available although not fitted.
A lovely well cared for boat indeed.
