<p style="text-align: justify;">The yacht has had two owners from new, the first owners used it for Mediterranean cruising.&nbsp;</p><p style="text-align: justify;">The current owners have owned the boat since 2001.&nbsp; Between 2001 - 2005&nbsp; Waterbird was used mainly for East and South Coast of England sailing before being sailed to Lanzarote where she is now based at Marina Rubicon.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Throughout the current ownership the vendors have maintained, upgraded and improved the vessel but keeping its original character.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">There is a full survey dated 17th January 2013 available on request.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">This boat is easily accessible from the UK as there are regular flights available from a number of the UK major airports to Arrecife airport.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;</p>
