Jeanneau - Sun Odyssey 45

Two cabin version with two heads and L shaped galley.  Up to seven berths including the saloon in owners layout.  Forward cabin with centre-line double berth, plenty of stowage and ensuite heads compartment.  The ensuite has a Jabsco marine toilet (with optional holding tank), basin, shower with pump out and stowage.  Aft to saloon with U shaped settee to starboard with very large table (converts to a double berth) with two stools, settee berth opposite to port.  Aft  to port side chart table, forward facing, with instrument panels and plenty of stowage.  Galley opposite to starboard in L shaped with twin stainless steel sinks, plate drainer, large fridge unit with separate ice box, uprated full gas cooker with four burners, grill and oven.  Aft to owner's master cabin with center-line double berth with slatted mattress base, hanging lockers and door to en-suite.  The en-suite is accessed both from the aft cabin and saloon  and has a Jabsco marine toilet with holding tank, basin, shower with pump out and concealed stowage.  Eberspacher 5kW heating system.  The interior is in impeccable condition!
