<strong>Remarks :</strong><br />The Hunter Ranger 265 was a real success story for this British Builder and over 110 were built. &#039;Gill Alan&#039; is the more popular bilge keel version allowing for the exploration of the shallowest cruising destinations with a draft of only .91m. The Ranger 265 has fabulous accommodation easily sleeping 4 adults and two children. Her head room is over 6ft and her practical laid out galley and good sized heads guarantees a happy and comfortable cruising base.<br />She is easy to sail with all lines lead back to the cockpit and she has a self tacking jib. The Hunter Ranger 265 also has a very high AVS at 140 making her the most stable 26 footer you will ever sail.<br /><br />The open plan forward double berth gives a very spacious feeling to the whole interior and the saloon with its folding table <br />provides a great dinning and entertaining area. She has been epoxied so her there are no issues with her hull whatsoever.<br />Her Yanmar 1GM10 10Hp engine is regularly serviced. She benefits from an Eberspacher heating system which will definitely keep the crew happy on out of season trips and those colder English summer nights. &#039;Gill Alan&#039; has a comfortable large cockpit which is self draining. She has a manual bilge pump in the cockpit as well as an electric one. The cruising equipment includes a tiller pilot auto helm and a JRC 1500 radar dome and receiver . For crew comfort she has shorepower, a Oven with grill and two burners.<br />

<strong>Accommodation :</strong><br />The Hunter Ranger 265 sleeps six. The forward Brittany style open cabin is spacious and gives the interior a open light feel. There are two single saloon berths and a rear aft double cabin. The heads has a manual toilet ,sink and vanity unit and the galley is well laid out with Oven grill and two burners ,a cold box and storage.<br />
