Her galley has a Nelson Propane gas cooker with 2 burners, oven and grill, 4 x 6kg Propane bottles with fitted gas detector, and bubble indicator, twin sinks. Her forepeak has a Lavac marine toilet to port with cot berth space to starboard, hand basin with freshwater supply and 10 gallon holding tank below. Forward sleeping cabin with single berth to port with chart box above foot space and drawers below. To starboard single width berth with storage below and foot box, hanging locker. Her main cabin has settee berths port and starboard and on the starboard side settee back lifts up to form a child berth. Storage beneath both bunks and behind. She has an Eberspacher diesel heating system and also fridge freezer unit. Her freshwater capacity is 140 gallons in 4 tanks. Quarter berth to port and to starboard. Television.
"Rosamaria" was built for Mr John Goldie who later co-founded "Tollesbury Marina" in Essex. She remained in the Goldie family until 15 years ago when her present owner purchased her. She is a fine sailing yacht with typical Holman lines and pleasing sheer. Her owner describes her as a traditional heavy, strong boat, at her best in a good blow. She has served the present owner well over the years and she will be missed dearly but tells us that age catches up with us all so now they are looking to downsize. Under previous ownership, Rosamaria sailed to the Baltic and to Santander and under present ownership has sailed between Scotland and Falmouth and over to Holland including the inland waterways. She is in commission afloat.
