"Prudence II" was originally built by Brooke Marine in Lowestoft and was one of the last boats made for the forces, so is very well built and an extremely capable sea craft, yet is more than comfortable on the waterways also with its low air draft and retractable mast.
The boat was initially purchased as a hull with the engines and stern gear fitted out by Whisstocks of Woodbridge, Suffolk. Owned by the current owner since 2007, she has been kept here at Broom in Brundall and maintained to a good standard.
As already mentioned she has great sea keeping capabilities and is ideal for long term cruising or live aboard with its large helm seating area and generous cabin space.
The cockpit come wheelhouse has large tinted windows giving excellent visibility and protection from the elements. There is a large L shaped seating which can double up as an extra berth. The helm position has full instrumentation, including a comprehensive navigation package.
The saloon has large U shaped seating and large dining table suitable for six persons. This seating can also double up as a single berth. Within the saloon there is plenty of locker storage, with TV and radio. Large windows give good light to the saloon and good ventilation.
