"The boat was used at Lake Tahoe, Lake Mead, Lake Havasu and the San Joaquin River out to San Francisco Bay. Most of the time the boat was run in fresh water. As we were members of San Francisco OffShore Club, we carried medical personnel during POPBRA races which were held in the San Francisco and San Pablo Bays which are salt water. After the race we had a good long run coming back home in the San Joaquin River which is fresh water so engines got a good flushing out before taking it out of the water.
Over the last few years we have been building and restoring old cars, hot rods, woodies, etc. We just found that we didn't have time to restore cars and go boating so boating went by the wayside. We decided to sell and let somebody else enjoy this boat now."
