‘Dignity’ is a bespoke built houseboat designed by the owner in conjunction with the boat builder with the aim of achieving the ultimate in style and comfort afloat. Incorporating a large roof terrace and fitted and decorated with a ‘New England’ feel, the accommodation is spacious, light, airy and could easily be altered to suit a purchaser’s requirements or even converted for commercial use as a floating bar and function facility (subject to the relevant regulations being met). The vessel is currently lying on a mooring in Nottinghamshire, which could be available to a purchaser subject to approval, or it could be moved by road transport to another location.

OutsideA steel staircase leads from the foredeck to the large roof terrace or upper deck with ornate railings and a timber decked area at the stern.
The exterior topsides were partly repainted in 2013 with the port side due to be done in 2014, when the vessel is also due to be lifted out to be re-blacked and the anodes will be checked and replaced if necessary. The interior was redecorated in 2012. The owner’s personal inventory is not included, although certain items may be available by negotiation.
