Comments

The current owner purchased the boat in 2007 and after a few years in the Solent (Kemps Quay, Southampton) they set sail for the Mediterranean Sea. After crossing the Bay of Biscay, slowly cruising along the north coast of Spain and around Portugal we touched on Morocco, before crossing back to Spain where the boat made home in Barcelona for around a year and a half, enjoying the local waters food and wine of the region.

Then we sailed over to Sardinia for a season before cruising around Sicily and crossing over to Greece.

In 2012 the boat was taken out for the winter on the lovely Island of Aegina, here the Perkins engine was completely overhauled, to give the extra confidence for the planned long voyage back through the French Canals. However due to personal reasons the owner is no longer able to complete this voyage back to the UK, instead the Tanner is looking to find a new owner who can enjoy exploring the wonderful seas and bays of the Med and beyond.

As an old boat, she is both strong and reliable – and while lacking many of the gadgets or comforts of a modern cruiser her simplicity gives freedom to explore the seas on any sailors budget.

She comes with tools, spares, bedding, charts and guide books making her ready and willing to set sail and provide accommodation in the location of your choosing.
