Alfred Mylne - Classic Yawl
Classic Mylne designed Yawl, built by Berthons of Lymington in 1925, this yacht has been lovingly restored by Barracuda Yacht Design in Barcelona during 2010 to 2013, she has performed well in several regattas this year and after some scheduled rig tuning she should be even quicker for the 2015 season. Run by a full time enthusiastic and knowledgeable crew she is in prime condition and ready for either long distance cruising or classic regattas. Built at Berthon Shipyard, UK in 1925 and comprehensively restored by Barracuda Yacht Design between 2010 and 2013

CONSTRUCTION
Teak on Mahogany frames.
The hull was fully restored by Barracuda Yacht Design, including West System Epoxi impregnation of all planking. No fibre reinforcement was used.

Yacht Analía is an Alfred Mylne design. Built at Berthon Shipyard in the UK, in 1925, rigged as Marconi Yawl, with a length of 22.88m and a breadth of 4.39m. Her interior includes two guest double cabins, owner cabin, saloon table convertible to double berth, separate crew cabin. galley and two WC´s complete the living area. Engine room is aft and includes main engine and most of the on board systems.
On deck; steering area and nav station are placed aft, where main access to the lower deck is through nav station.
A second hatch on the foredeck gives separate access to lower deck through the crew cabin. The saloon and galley are placed in the central area with a folding table and large fridges. Two skylights and twelve portlights admit natural light to the lower deck.

Yacht Analía has been the subect of updates in different stages during the last three years.
This yacht is ready for Classic Yacht Regattas and she has a valid CIM Certificate.

Main engine was fully overhauled and mounted on silentblocks which did not exist originally.
New Halyard exhaust system.
New Maxprop Fast VP. 4 Blade, 26" feathering propeller.
New Cummins Onan 11.0MDKBN (11 kW) Genset.

ELECTRICS
1 x Genset starting battery. 90Ah/12V.
2 x Emergency batteries, 200Ah/12V.
6 x Service batteries, 200Ah/12V.
All sealed batteries located in ventilated compartments.
2 x AC power supplies, 6kW, 220V.
1 x Quattro 8kVA Inverter / Charger .
2x 24V/12V Transformers.
Emergency battery charger.
220V supply in each cabin.
Main switch board sectioned for 220V, 24V and 24V emergency supplies.

Marine Air Systems 10,000 and 5,000 BTU air conditioning.
2 x additional AC´s, 5,000 BTU each in guest cabins.
Electronic AC controls in each cabin.
AC condensed water routed to nearest Sumpbox.
Remote temperature sensor on air return duct.
Electric heaters fitted to AC,s fans for heating mode..
Rigid Isolated ducts from fancoils to distribution grills.
All AC units enclosed in sound shields.

WATER SYSTEM
4x tanks located below saloon floor.
Pressure system
1 x Pressure inlet on deck to connect direct to dock.
2 x Water heaters (1kW), 75Lt each. Controls on main switchboard.
1 x Watermaker. Salt water discharge to dedicated overboard cock in Engine Room.
Pressure pump and watermaker mounted on silentblocks to avoid vibrations.

Salt Water System:
2x sea inlets, in ER, fitted with seacocks.
Filters after each seacock.
1x Manifold in ER equipped with 7x connections with valves. Material Duplex 2205.
Manifold supplies main engine, genset, AC´s, watermaker, and foredeck pump for hose connection. Extra connection for additional
equipment. if needed.

TANKAGE
New Grey Water tank, 280Lt capacity. Ventilated.
New Black Water tank, 180Lt capacity. Ventilated.
2 x valves in ER for discharge selection.
2 x electric pumps in ER.
1 x manual pump in ER.
Discharge through deck fitting or through discharges tube in ER exiting 200mm below DWL.
2 x Sumpbox for storage and pumping of grey water to main storage
Rig
Yawl rigged, all the standing rigging and masts have been fully checked and renovated where necesary.
New sail configuration, with added bowsprit and extra forestay for light wind genoa
New masthead fitting, adapted to the new configuration. All in Stainless Steel.

Complete new sails package from North Sails:
Main
118 m2, Double cloth, cream colour.
Classic style finish (half width cloth).
4x battens.
2x lines of reefing.

Mizzen:
28 m2, cream colour.

All deck hardware made from 316L Stainless Steel.
New forestay stemhead fitting.
New bowsprit including all the rigging and hardware.
New Reckmann EF90 electric furlers for both Genoas.
New admiralty type anchor, and anchor cat on port side.
New tender manual lifts.
New courtesy LED light all around the gunwales.
New G1 and G2 sheeting points.
Gangway rebuilt.
Main sheet system modified, including two stoppers.
New Gennaker sheeting point.
Steering seats repaired, storage boxes added below.

Accommodation
SLEEPS SIX GUESTS IN THREE CABINS PLUS TWO CREW
One double cabin and two twin cabins with upper and lower bunks.
All three cabins share one head compartment aft.
Forward of these is the saloon and the galley.
There is crew accommodation in the bow, which is also used for sail storage.
