Broker's Comments
'Condor of Beaulieu' has the Sparkman & Stephens Scheel keel, giving her a draft of only 4' 11". The keel has proved to be succesful and equal to her 'sister craft' with the standard 6'9" keel. Her dark blue hull, white top sides, teak laid decks and smooth lines not only provide for an attractive craft but she offers good performance and comfortable accommodation, which has proved to be so on her cruising including a passaage to the Azores. The inventory shows the owner's regular update and attention. Retirement from sailing is the reason for her coming to the market. Afloat close to the broker.
