Description
The Express was designed in 1978 by the Swedish yacht designer Peter Norlin. Most Express boats were manufactured by Albin Marin during the hectic years 1979 to 1982. More than 1100 Expresses have been sold.
The Express was an answer to the internationally more famous J/24, with which it has many similarities. The Express is slightly longer and not so wide and has a larger keel ballast. This results in a slightly higher stability than the J/24.
Expresso is a great choice for those looking for an affordable boat suitable for one-design racing or cruising.
