Albany Express built by Albin Marin of Sweden in 1984. Very popular craft that offers performance with safety and cruising capabilities.

Details and Specs
White GRP hull with waterline stripe. Grey painted deck in non slip.
Cast iron Fin keel weighing 800 KGS. this is through bolted to the hull by 8 stainless steel bolts. The keel has been treated with tar epoxy paint.
Aluminium toe rail surrounds the hull to deck joint. Sandwich constructed deck for strength.
Transom hung rudder with tiller steering. Deep safe cockpit with locker storage and main sheet traveller. Cockpit occupants protected by stainless steel pushpit.
Engine & Electrics
Yamaha 4hp outboard purchased in 2002. Internal tank holding 2.25 litres approximately. Single 12V domestic battery that will require charging at home from time to time. Spare 4hp Mariner 2-stroke engine can be used as a back up.
Sail Plan and Rig
Fractional 7/8ths, deck stepped mast by Selden. 6 in mast Halyard points with deck level exits to deck organisers and blocks.
Stainless steel standing rigging. Kicking strap.

Layout
Very comfortable yacht nicely finished with lacquered mahogany wood panelling. Cushion fabric is in red velour and in good condition. Two berth forepeak that doubles as a sail locker.
Setee berth port and starboard in saloon.
Galley area cleverly slides aft and comprises of a sink, gas 2-burner hob, storeage unit and hand pumped cold fresh water.
here is a coolbox available for drinks and perishables.
