FITTED WITH: Twin Ford Diesel Engines On Outdrives
LENGTH: 31ft 10” BEAM: 9ft 6”
BERTHS: 4
This Project 31 is in good condition and has the original gel coat to both the superstructure and the hull, she was anti-fouled and polished in 2011.
She has four berths in one cabin. There is a permanent double in the bow, with the dinette converting down into a second double berth. Opposite the dinette area there is the galley and a large toilet compartment that has a pump-out toilet with holding tank, wash basin with hot and cold water and a shower.
The galley area has a new 2 hob/grill/oven, (not connected) new stainless steel sink and draining board with hot/cold water. Underneath the sink there are two large cupboards.
There is a very large cockpit which is separated by French doors into two sections, the smaller section has a helm seat and co-pilot seat and the aft section has plenty of space to add seating or dining furniture. There is a bathing platform fitted to the stern of the boat so it is easy to get on and off the boat and moor stern on.
‘Golden Aura’ has just had one of her outdrives reconditioned as well as a new Boat Safety Scheme Certificate valid until 2015.
