BROKER’S COMMENTS
Ancaster IV is a SeaRanger 50, which was built in 2004 by SeaRanger's small, highly
dedicated team of boat builders in Oundle, UK.
The SeaRanger 50’s semi-displacement hull has superior sea-keeping performance and handling and was a collaboration between renowned naval architect Bill Dixon and the highly skilled team at SeaRanger Yachts.
This incredibly capable and well built 50 footer has a very comprehensive specification and has recently been significantly reduced in price.
She is currently moored in Sotogrande Marina in Southern Spain. Her present mooring
(15m x 5.5m), which is at the end of Pontoon 5, a prime position in the marina with direct views of Gibraltar and Africa, is also available for an additional 220,000 Euros.
The boat has Small Commercial Vessel Coding with all safety features for chartering and
is currently chartered in high season at 2,200 Euros per day.
Stability Certificate for 12 persons.
